Inspection of rolling bearing marks

(1) Mark square of bearing

There are three marking methods specified for rolling bearings, Rolling Bearing namely: a. Mechanical method B. electro etching method C. chemical method. its mark is allowed to be marked on the outer diameter and packaging; For those larger than 0.8mm, they can be marked according to the following rules:

2) For release bearings, complete marks must be marked on the end face of each ferrule. However, it is also allowed to mark the bearing code and manufacturer code (or trademark) on the end face of one ring at an interval of 180 °.

3) When several types of Rolling Bearing use the same ring, the code of these bearings can be marked on the end face of the ring, or the mark can be added by chemical method.

mark “627-618” on the end face of the outer ring. [example] when bearings nu2c4, nj204 and rnu204 use the same outer ring, they can be marked with “nu-nj-rnu204” on the end face of the outer ring, and the common part “204” can be marked by mechanical method.

(3) Logo font and height

The word height is selected according to the following height: 0.5, 0.7, 1, 1.2, 1.5, 2, 2.5, 3, 4 and 5mm. (4) Marking requirements

1) Signs must be complete and complete.

The word height is greater than LMM but less than or equal to 2.5mm, and the word depth shall not be less than 0.005mm; The word height shall be greater than 2.5mm, and the word depth shall not be less than 0.01mm.

3) The diameter, bisection and font of the center circle of the sign shall not have visual offset.

4) The logo font, symbol shape, word width, line width and distance between words shall comply with the provisions of the product design department of the manufacturer.

5) There shall be no other marks on the surface of bearing parts except those allowed by the drawings and relevant documents.

6) If the subscriber has special requirements, it can negotiate with the manufacturer and adopt the required marking methods and marking contents according to the negotiated supplementary technical requirements.
