1) Before bearing installation, the processing quality of shaft, seat hole and relevant parts (such as dimensional accuracy, shape accuracy and surface roughness) shall be checked with appropriate measuring tools according to Rolling Bearing the technical requirements on the design drawings.

3) The assembly surface shall be cleaned with clean gasoline, kerosene, toluene or xylene solution, wiped dry with clean cloth, and then Rolling Bearing coated with a thin layer of lubricating oil, which can make the installation and operation more convenient.

(4) Before installation, open the bearing package, immerse it in the above gasoline and other liquids, and rotate it gently by hand. Rolling Bearing Ensure that the sealing oil on the cage, rolling element and raceway surface is thoroughly cleaned.

(5) When cleaning a large number of bearings, first pour hot engine oil with a temperature of 90 ~ 100 ℃ to melt the sealing oil. At the same time, dig out all the old oil with a tool without sharp edges and chips, then pour hot for a few minutes, then wash the oil with kerosene, and then wash it with gasoline. After cleaning, wear film gloves and put the bearing on a clean cloth or paper on the workbench to dry.

Unlike other cylindrical bore bearings,

The proper clearance value shall be reached during installation, which can be determined according to the load and working temperature of the bearing. According to the size and layout of the bearing, the manufacturing materials of the shaft and bearing housing and the distance between the two bearings, the initial clearance obtained during installation may become smaller or larger in actual operation.

For example, the differential thermal expansion of the inner and outer rings will reduce the clearance during operation, so the initial Rolling Bearing clearance must be quite large in order to avoid Timken bearing deformation and its adverse consequences.

Since there is a clear relationship between the radial and axial internal clearance of angular contact ball bearings and tapered roller bearings, only one value needs to be specified. Generally, the axial internal Rolling Bearing clearance is specified.

The specified value can then be obtained from the zero clearance state by loosening or tightening the nut on the shaft rod or the screw ring in the shaft hole of the box, or inserting a calibrated washer or gasket between a bearing ring and its support. The actual method used to adjust the clearance and measure the set clearance depends on the number of bearings to be installed.
