1. Grease lubrication
The relubrication of IKO bearing is carried out during the planned equipment shutdown and Iko Plain Bearing supplemented regularly. At the same time, the old grease is removed or squeezed out through the oil drain air.
Wipe the grease nipple clean before adding fresh grease. If there is no grease nozzle in the plane bearing housing, open the bearing housing cover or end cover to take out the old grease. After cleaning, add fresh grease of the same model.
2. Lubricating oil lubrication
Regularly check the oil level and Iko Plain Bearing quality of lubricating oil. Generally, the normal oil level should be within 1 / 3-2 / 3 of the equipment oil level window or mark. The oil replenishment mode is the oil cup,
and the oil level displayed only represents the oil replenishment capacity, while the oil level of IKO bearing box meets the operation Iko Plain Bearing requirements. If the oil level in the oil cup is lower than 1 / 4 of its total volume, oil replenishment can be considered.
Check and replenish oil methods. Take a small amount of lubricating oil as a sample and compare it with fresh lubricating oil.
Competent units can consider oil quality test to ensure that the oil quality is qualified. If the sample Iko Plain Bearing looks like a cloud, it may be the result of mixing with water, which is often called oil emulsification. At this time, the lubricating oil should be replaced.
If the sample becomes darker or thicker, it may indicate that the lubricating oil has begun to Iko Plain Bearing carbonize, and the old lubricating oil should be completely replaced.
If possible, flush the oil circuit with fresh lubricating oil. When replacing the lubricating oil, ensure that the Iko Plain Bearing new and old models of the replaced lubricating oil are the same, and supplement it to meet the required oil level.
The grease used in the plane bearing must have anti rust effect, and the anti rust agent can not be dissolved in water. The grease shall have good adhesion and can form an oil film on the steel surface, which can be maintained even if the grease is filled with water. Grease will soften during machining, resulting in leakage.
When there is an application example of vibration, the grease will be thrown into the bearing by IKO bearing seat. If the mechanical stability of the grease is not enough, the grease will continue to be thrown out of the bearing, which will mechanically disintegrate the structure of the soap and destroy the grease.
When the ina bearing temperature rises, first judge whether there is misoperation. If it does rise, the Iko Plain Bearing following treatment shall be carried out:
(1). Check whether the cooling water pressure, water flow and pipeline system are normal. If the water pressure is low, the filter may be blocked and cannot be handled in time, it can be shut down for treatment. When it is confirmed that it can work, it can be put into use.
(2). Check the oil pressure of the Iko Plain Bearing governor. If the oil pressure is low, the cooling water hydraulic valve may be closed.
(3). Check whether the bearing groove has abnormal pitch and whether the bearing groove has abnormal pitch.
(4). Take an oil sample to observe whether the oil color has changed, and test to see whether it has deteriorated. If the deterioration is confirmed, stop the machine and replace it with new oil.
(5). Check whether the oil level of the oil gauge is normal. If not, check whether the oil drain valve of the oil tank is tightly closed. If it has been closed tightly, oil shall be added. If it is oil leakage from the sealant pad, it shall be shut down for treatment.

The so-called grease filling method is to fill the working surface of INA Bearing with an appropriate amount of grease regularly. It is a common grease lubrication method.
（2） Oil cup method
The oil cup method is to set a screw cap type oil cup or pressure oil cup on the bearing seat, rotate the screw cap regularly or inject grease with an oil gun. This is also a common grease lubrication method.
（3） Pressure fat supply method
The pressure grease supply method relies on the grease pump for grease supply. At this time, the lubricating grease with good fluidity should be selected.
（4） Centralized fat supply method
The centralized grease supply method supplies grease to each deep groove ball bearing and other parts at the same time through the grease pump. Similarly, the lubricating grease with good fluidity, oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance should be selected at this time, which is also a pressure grease supply method
