1. Measure the size of shaft and IKO bearing seat hole to determine the Installation Accuracy matching accuracy of IKO bearing. The matching requirements are as follows:

2. Installation of fixed end front IKO bearing on shaft

Thoroughly clean IKO bearing with clean cleaning kerosene. For grease lubrication, first inject organic solvent containing 3% ~ 5% grease into IKO bearing for degreasing and cleaning, and then fill a certain amount of Installation Accuracy grease into IKO bearing with oil gun (accounting for 10% ~ 15% of IKO bearing space volume);

Heat the IKO bearing to raise the temperature by 20 ~ 30 ℃, and install the IKO bearing into the shaft end with an oil press; Press the set sleeve on the shaft and press it against the end face of IKO bearing with appropriate pressure to make it axially positioned;

Roll the belt of the spring scale on the outer ring of IKO bearing and check whether the specified preload changes greatly by measuring the starting torque (even if the IKO bearing is correct, the preload may also change due to the deformation of fit or cage).

3. Install the IKO bearing shaft assembly into the seat hole

Heat the seat hole to raise the temperature by 20 ~ 30 ℃, and install the IKO bearing shaft assembly into the seat hole with continuous and gentle pressure; Adjust the front cover so that the fastening amount of the front cover is 0.02 ~ 0.05 μ m. Based on the outer end face of IKO bearing seat, push the dial indicator against the journal surface, rotate the shaft and measure its runout.

The error is required to be within 10 μ Below m; Position the dial indicator on the shaft, push the indicator against the inner surface of the rear seat hole, and rotate the shaft to measure the coaxiality of the front and rear seat holes of IKO bearing seat.

4. The IKO bearing at the free end

shall be selectively placed at the position where the deviation may be offset, and installed at the rear support position of the IKO bearing seat to offset the roundness deviation and coaxiality deviation as much as possible.

In order to improve the actual fitting accuracy of NSK bearing during installation, the measurement methods and tools that do not deform NSK bearing must be used to accurately measure the fitting surface dimensions of inner hole and outer circle of NSK bearing. All the measurement items related to inner diameter and outer diameter can be measured, and the measured data can be comprehensively analyzed,

Size of NSK bearing installation position precisely matched with shaft and seat hole. When actually measuring the corresponding size and geometry of the matched shaft and seat hole, it shall be carried out under the same temperature conditions as when measuring NSK bearing.

In order to ensure a high actual matching effect, the roughness of the surface matching the shaft and seat hole with NSK bearing shall be as small as possible.

During the above measurement, two groups of marks indicating the direction of large deviation shall be made on the outer circle and inner hole of NSK bearing and the corresponding surface of shaft and seat hole on both sides close to the assembly chamfer, so that the large deviation of matching two sides can be aligned in the same direction during actual assembly, so that the deviation of both sides can be partially offset after assembly.

The purpose of making two groups of orientation marks is to comprehensively consider the compensation of deviation, not only improve the rotation accuracy of the supports at both ends, but also partially eliminate the coaxiality error of the seat hole between the two supports and the journal at both ends.

The surface strengthening measures for the mating surface, such as sand blasting and plugging the primary inner hole with a slightly larger diameter precision plug column, are conducive to improving the mating accuracy.
