5. Send the second group of standard sections into the hanging basket. The lifting basket first heightens one column of the upper lifting rope with a derrick and then fixes it, and then lifts another standard section. At this time, put down the hanging basket to relax the lifting steel wire, with 6m steel wire rope allowance left in the frame, and then take out the top steel wire rope from the pulley groove and buckle it outside the platform jacket,
At this time, install the lifted standard section to the steel wire rope section margin, then take out the top steel wire rope from the pulley, buckle it outside the jacket on the platform, install the lifted standard section, place the lifting pulley on the top of the third group of standard sections, and repeat step 3 to lift the platform.
6. A group of horizontal and diagonal bracing attachment rods are set at the layer connection platform, which are firmly connected with the embedded steel pipe with fasteners, and a group of goose head parking device is set.
7. Reduce 3M according to the total height, place the height limit device and lift the basket to make it close to the limit height of about 0.3m. Repeat several times to check whether the lifting height limit is sensitive and reliable.
The installation of angular contact ball bearings is more complex than that of deep groove ball bearings. They are mostly installed in pairs, and preloading is required. during installation, the contact angle lines of the bearings are in the same direction and parallel, so that the two bearings can share the working load in the same direction. However, when using this installation form, in order to ensure the axial stability of installation, two pairs of bearings arranged in series must be installed opposite at both ends of the shaft.
