  1. All kinds of mechanical scars, such as abrasion, scratch, crush, bruise, etc., will cause the poor installation of Koyo bearings, cause eccentric load and stress concentration, and cause the decline of rotation accuracy and service life.

  2. Rust, black skin and pitting, the latter two are defects that are easy to store moisture and dirt, and are easy to develop into rust. Corrosion is the pollution source that leads to poor installation, early wear and fatigue. Serious corrosion will scrap Koyo bearings.

  3.  All kinds of cracks, such as raw material cracks, forging cracks, heat treatment cracks and grinding cracks, will become the source of stress concentration and expand rapidly in the future operation of Koyo bearings, resulting in the rupture of Koyo bearings, which has a great impact on the service life and workability of Koyo bearings. The method of appearance inspection of Koyo ball bearing

  1.  Peeling and folding, these two defects are not firmly combined with the base metal locally, and there are often decarburization or carbon deficiency around them to varying degrees. The material is easy to collapse, dent or wear, which is very detrimental to the service life and inspection of Koyo bearing.

  2.  For the riveting or welding quality of the cage, mainly observe whether the rivet head is offset, skewed, loose, lack of meat or “double eyelid”, whether the welding position is correct,inspection of Koyo bearing whether the welding spot is too large or too small, and whether the rolling element is stuck due to poor welding or excessive welding.

  3. The above items are the key inspection parts in the inspection of Koyo bearings. In addition to the above inspection parts, if the typing quality is poor, such as illegible and damaged, it should be considered as defective, and the serious ones can also be rejected.

  3. The noise of Koyo bearing with solid cage is relatively lower than that of Koyo bearing with pressed cage; The noise of Koyo bearing with plastic cage is lower than that of Koyo bearing with the above two cages; There are many balls, the outer ring is thick, and the noise is small
  4. The noise of high-precision Koyo bearings, especially the Koyo bearings with higher rolling element accuracy, is relatively smaller than that of low-precision Koyo bearings
  5. The noise of small Koyo bearing is relatively smaller than that of large Koyo bearing.
