Under normal working and Lubrication Mode environmental conditions, grease may achieve “lifelong lubrication”. If under high load conditions (speed, temperature, load), the grease must be changed regularly. In order to change the grease,
it is necessary to set up pipes to supply and discharge the grease and collect the used grease collector. For the occasion of Lubrication Mode changing lubricating grease in a short period, necessary pumps and valves for injecting lubricating grease shall be set.
Oil lubrication
When the mechanical parts near NSK bearing have been lubricated with oil or need to be dissipated by lubricating oil, NSK bearing shall be lubricated with oil. When NSK bearing is under heavy load or high speed, or there is external heat transfer, there may be heat Lubrication Mode dissipation requirements.
The micro lubrication method, such as oil drop lubrication, oil mist lubrication or oil-gas Lubrication Mode lubrication, can ensure that the oil mixing loss and NSK bearing friction are very small.
Where NSK bearing has extremely high speed and needs good Lubrication Mode cooling, a large amount of lubricating oil can be sprayed directly onto all contact surfaces.
1. It is important to keep NSK imported bearings lubricated and clean
Before inspecting imported bearings, we should first clean the surface of NSK Bearings, and then carefully inspect the oil seal of NSK Bearings and its surrounding parts. If there are bad symptoms, be sure to replace them. The bad oil seal will cause damage, make NSK Bearings cloud abnormal and cause equipment shutdown.
2. We also need to check the lubricant of NSK imported bearing
Lubrication is very important, not only for NSK Bearings, but also for all imported bearings. However, Lubrication Mode please note that NSK Bearings in Japan should not add too much grease. Then it is time to replace the lubricant of NSK bearing. After draining the old engine oil, if possible,
the NSK bearing lubricated with engine oil should be filled with fresh engine oil and let the machine rotate at low speed for a few minutes. Make the oil collect residual pollutants as much as possible, and then drain the oil. When replacing the grease of NSK bearing lubricated with grease,
the Joe remover used should avoid cotton contacting any part of NSK bearing. Because these residual fibers may wedge Lubrication Mode between rolling parts and cause damage, especially in the application of small bearings.
3. It should be noted that the exposed NSK inlet bearing is covered
When inspecting NSK Bearings, never expose the bearings to pollutants or moisture. If the work is interrupted, the machine shall be covered with oil paper, plastic sheet or similar materials.
If it is possible to clean the naked bearing without disassembly, clean it with a brush coated with petroleum solvent (), and then wipe it dry with a piece of lint free cloth or blow it dry with compressed air (be careful not to start the rotation of the bearing assembly).
Use a small mirror and a probe similar to that used by dentists to check the track surface, retainer and beads of the bearing. Do not clean the sealed cover or dust-proof bearing; Just wipe the outer surface. If the bearing is damaged, it needs to be replaced.
It is much more economical to replace the bearing during the regular shutdown and maintenance period than the loss of sudden shutdown due to the damage of the array bearing.
