NACHI Roller Bearing
NACHI Cylindrical Roller Bearings
The construction of this roller bearing type is the simplest of all radial roller bearings. This bearing type is usually used for high speed applications. Due to the linear contact of the inner ring, outer ring and rollers, this bearing has a large radial load capacity. The various cylindrical roller bearing configurations are.

NACHI Tapered Roller Bearings
Tapered roller bearings can be divided into the following components: outer ring, inner ring and roller assembly. In these bearings the inner and outer ring raceways and rollers are tapered so that the surface plane of the raceway intersects the roller axis at one point. The inseparable inner ring and roller assembly is called the “taper” and the outer ring is called the “cup”. The internal clearance is established during mounting by the axial positioning of the cone in relation to the cup. This bearing type can be used in preloaded situations to achieve higher stiffness and better shaft running accuracy.
NACHI Spherical Roller Bearings
NACHI double row spherical roller bearings are available with bore diameters ranging from 25 mm to over 1000 mm.
The raceways of the outer rings of these bearings are designed as spherical surfaces with the centre of the circle coinciding with the centre of the bearing. NACHI spherical roller bearings feature a modified design with improved linear contact between the raceways and the rollers. This construction enables very high radial and shock load capacities to be achieved.
NACHI Spherical Roller Thrust Bearings
The raceway of the bearing race is spherical, and the radius center is located on the bearing axis. This design provides self-aligning capability for the bearing. The contact angle is about 45 °, so that the bearing can withstand axial load and a small to medium amount of radial load. NACHI spherical roller thrust bearing can bear high load at medium and low speed.
This bearing type is commonly used in injection molding machines, crane hooks and other large machines due to its large load capacity and centering characteristics. The cage is made of machined high-strength brass or pressed steel.
NACHI Ball Bearings
NACHI Deep Groove Ball Bearings
Deep groove ball bearings are the most popular of all ball bearing types because they have a variety of seal, guard, and stop ring arrangements to choose from. The bearing ring groove is circular arc, slightly larger than the radius of the ball. The ball contacts the raceway point (elliptical contact under load). The inner ring shoulder is the same height (the same as the outer ring shoulder). Deep groove ball bearings can withstand radial, axial or compound loads, and because of its simple design, this type of bearing can be produced to provide high operating accuracy and high-speed operation. The standard ball holder (cage) is made of pressed steel. Machined cages are used for high speed running bearings or large diameter bearings.
NACHI Self-aligning Ball Bearings
This type is constructed with the inner ring and ball assembly contained within an outer ring with a spherical raceway. Due to the construction, this bearing type can tolerate small angular misalignments caused by deflection or mounting errors. Spherical ball bearings are suitable for long shafts where it is difficult to locate the housing bore precisely. This type is usually used in combination with pillow blocks. The cage is made of pressed steel or polyamide resin. Due to the low axial support of the rolling elements by the outer ring raceway, this bearing can only be used for light axial load applications
NACHI Angular Contact Ball Bearings
This bearing type has raceways with set contact angles on both the inner and outer rings.
These bearings are non-separable. More balls can be fitted than in deep groove ball bearings due to the use of a countersunk construction for inserting the balls.
Single row angular contact ball bearings can carry radial, axial or combined loads, but any axial loads must be in one direction. This bearing type is usually used in pairs to withstand induced loads caused by internal axial forces generated by the applied radial loads. When two individual bearings are fitted in adjacent positions, NACHI provides pre-adjusted clearance for these combined parts (pairs). Pairs of combined bearings are paired groups. Combined or paired bearings can be arranged back-to-back (DB), face-to-face (DF) or in tandem (DT). DB or DF groups can carry axial loads in both directions.
NACHI Thrust Ball Bearings
Thrust ball bearing can only bear axial load. The bearing collar mounted on the shaft is called the shaft collar and the one mounted on the housing is called the seat collar. Both washers contain recesses for the ball. There are two types of thrust ball bearings: single type thrust ball bearings which can only withstand axial loads in one direction and double type thrust ball bearings which can withstand loads in both directions.

Due to their internal design, ball bearings cannot usually be disassembled down to the component level; therefore, they cannot usually be refurbished.
Solid base shells are manufactured without cavities and fillers; they are stronger than hollow bases, and there are no traps for bacteria and fungi to grow. In the thermoplastic shell, the sturdy base will not break under steam or high-pressure washing. The hollow base saves material and weight to reduce costs. Some people use epoxy resin to backfill the hollow base to eliminate the trap of bacteria breeding, but this will not increase the strength, will cause the installation surface to be uneven, and water will seep between the shell and the filling material, causing cracking.
Use particularly thermally stable bearing rings, larger internal clearance (C4), specially selected lubricants that will not decompose at high temperatures, and zinc anodized flinger. There are two basic versions of our high temperature bearings. The suffix “C4HR5” represents the bearing that can withstand 400°F, and the suffix “C4HR23” represents the bearing that can withstand 450°F.
For critical applications such as pulp and paper processing, printing and packaging, material tearing can cause expensive downtime due to excessive torque and vibration.
The two biggest factors affecting the starting and running torque of the bearing are the seal design and lubricant selection. The shaft and bearing seat fit, component accuracy and surface finish, and retainer design also have some influence.
In higher speed applications, non-contact sealing devices are usually required to minimize operating torque and heat generation, so oil baffle rings and secondary sealing devices are usually required. Flowing oil lubrication systems are usually the best solution.
After proper installation, most seated bearings only need to be relubricated regularly with a small amount of grease and checked to ensure that they operate at low temperatures, quietness, and sufficient accuracy.

Reduce temperature rise
We do not recommend mixing grease. Mixing incompatible greases will cause the mixture to harden, preventing it from releasing any oil.
