The end face of the assembly sleeve should be made into a ring that can compress the end faces of the inner and outer rings of the bearing at the same time, or a disc and the assembly sleeve should be used to transfer the pressure to the inner and outer rings at the same time, and press the bearing into the shaft and the shell. This installation method is especially suitable for the installation of centripetal spherical bearings with automatic centering.

(4) For heating installation,

the force required to install the centripetal thrust ball bearing is related to the bearing size and fit interference. For medium and large bearings with large interference, the method of hot installation is commonly used. Before hot installation, put the bearing or separable bearing ring into the oil tank or special heater and heat it evenly to 80 ~ 100 ℃ (it shall not exceed 100 ℃). Skilled operation skills are required for hot installation of bearings.

Clean cloth shall be used immediately after the bearings are removed from the heating oil tank or heater (cotton yarn is not allowed) wipe off the oil stains and attachments on the bearing surface, then place it in front of the mating surface, and push the bearing to the position against the shaft shoulder in one operation. Always push it tightly during cooling, or gently tap the bearing with a small hammer through the assembly sleeve to make it close.

During installation, rotate the bearing slightly to prevent installation inclination or jamming. When the outer ring of the centripetal thrust ball bearing is tightly matched with the housing hole, the housing can also be heated and installed into the bearing. Especially when the bearing seat made of light metal is tightly matched, the mating surface may be damaged due to the pressing in of the bearing outer ring. At this time, the bearing seat should be heated.
