  • 5.1.2.4 check emergency stop: during movement. Press the “emergency stop” button, and the slider shall stop immediately. When the slider does not return to the top dead center in the operation other than “inching”, it cannot operate continuously or in a single operation. The change-over switch must be turned to the “inching” position, and the slider shall return to the top dead center with the “inching” specification.
  • 5.1.2.5 check the lubrication of the sliding block guide rail surface: the guide rail surface shall be provided with lubricating grease.
  • 5.1.3 during normal flushing operation:
  • 5.1.3.1 check the clutch and brake: when stopping, the crankshaft should stop at the top dead center (the angle pointer is within – 10 ° – + 5 °);
  • 5.1.3.2 check whether the pressure gauge and tachometer are within the specified range;
  • 5.1.3.3 check the working energy: repeat the working operation for several times. When the load is full, the stroke times of the slider shall not slow down.
  • 5.1.4 after normal flushing operation:

  • 5.2 monthly inspection / maintenance:

  • 5.2.3 check and adjust the tension of the V-belt: apply 20n pressure on the center of the V-belt with your fingers, and it is appropriate to bend the belt about 16mm per meter, otherwise, readjust it after loosening four locking bolts;
  • 5.2.4 check the cam controller: there shall be no excessive clearance between the cam plate and the shaft, intermittent contact, loose bolts and keys, and excessive wear between the roller and the shaft of the microswitch;
  • 5.2.5 check the control relay: there shall be no poor contact, noise, jamming during movement, etc;
  • 5.2.6 check the operation buttons and switches: avoid dust and oil stain, move flexibly, stably and locate reliably;
  • 5.2.7 check the solenoid valve of clutch and brake: the coil shall be fastened to avoid moving;
  • 5.2.8 after maintenance, clean up the garbage in the process of maintenance.
  • 5.3 quarterly inspection / maintenance:
  • 5.3.1 repeat the monthly inspection / maintenance in 5.2;
  • 5.3.2 apply No. 00 lithium base grease to the electric slider adjusting chain;
  • 5.3.3 replace the lubricating oil in the gearbox;
  • 5.3.4 replace the lubricating oil at the connecting rod;

  • 5.3.10 remove all maintenance accessories installed for maintenance and signs for maintenance;

  • Each shift must use manual oil pump to inject oil into connecting rod bush, left and right bearing sleeves and left and right guide rails at least 2-3 times.
