The radial internal clearance of fag rolling bearing decreases with the advance of the bearing on the conical journal. By measuring the reduction value, the degree of interference and the tightness of the fit can be determined.

For tapered bore bearings, the inner ring is always installed with an interference fit. 1. Small bearing

Small fag rolling bearings can use nuts to push them to the conical base. In the case of shaft sleeves, sleeve nuts are used. 2. Large and medium bearings

The installation force required for large bearings is Fag Rolling Bearing  significantly increased and hydraulic nuts and / or oiling methods shall be used:

(1) When the hydraulic nut is used to install the bearing, it must be positioned on the threaded part of the journal or the thread of the sleeve, so that the annular piston is close to the inner ring of the bearing, the nut on the shaft or the retaining ring installed at the shaft end. The oil pressure is fed into the hydraulic nut through the oil pump to move the piston axially with the force required for accurate installation. (2) The oil injection method is adopted. The oil is injected between the bearing and the journal under high pressure to form an oil film. This oil film separates the mating surfaces and significantly reduces the friction between the mating surfaces. This method is generally used when the bearing is directly installed on the conical journal, but it is also used to install the bearing on the tightening sleeve and push sleeve specially prepared for the oil injection method.

The oil pump or oiler generates With the necessary pressure, inject oil between the mating surfaces through the groove on the shaft or sleeve and the oil distribution channel. When designing fag rolling bearing layout, necessary grooves and channels must be arranged on the shaft. The spherical roller bearing is installed on the withdrawal sleeve with oil groove. The withdrawal sleeve is pressed into the bearing hole by injecting oil into the mating surface and tightening the screws in turn.

Fag rolling bearings are installed with hydraulic tools, but most masters knock them in with a Fag Rolling Bearing hammer, which will inevitably cause impact on the bearings.

The following are the technical precautions for bearing installation and replacement:

(1) The resultant force of the force shall pass through the axis of the bearing as far as possible, which requires that the force application point shall be uniform, Fag Rolling Bearing  symmetrical and stable, and the force shall be applied through the spherical surface or parallel to the axis.

(2) The force should be applied stably and evenly without impact, which requires the use of oil pressure or tools that can apply stable tension or pressure. When hammering has to be used, it should also be buffered by soft metal such as copper sleeve without chip falling, and the knocking force should be as light as possible. Hammer with a copper rod or hammer.

(3) Avoid applying force through the rolling element, which requires applying force through the inner ring when installing and removing the inner ring (shaft ring) and through the outer ring when installing and removing the outer ring.

(4) The drag force shall be maintained to a proper extent. For example, when installing the bearing, stop the force when the fag rolling bearing is just installed in the correct position, and ensure that the end face of the ferrule (washer) is against the seat hole or the shoulder end face of the shaft, which can not be squeezed too tightly or installed in place.
