Airflow textile machine bearings

These special bearings for airflow weaving machines can operate steadily at very high speeds. They are characterised by low amplitude, low noise and long service life, and also have excellent sealing properties and very low friction.

Angular contact ball bearings

Angular contact ball bearings are designed to support high radial axial loads at high speeds. We use the highest quality materials to manufacture our angular contact bearings for maximum durability and life cycle. Advanced technology helps to ensure close tolerances (even at high speeds), quiet operation and minimal friction and wear. As a result, our angular contact ball bearings are ideally suited to high-performance applications in textile machinery.

Double row angular contact bearings

Double row angular contact bearings carry radial and bi-directional axial loads and have a lower load capacity than two single row angular contact bearings. However, they have a longer service life, especially when used under axial load conditions. Double row angular contact bearings are durable and optimised to reduce friction and increase tolerances. They are ideal for applications in the textile industry.

Self-aligning ball bearings

Self-aligning ball bearings are carefully designed for optimum function and are easy to mount and dismount. They are resistant to temperature increases even when operating in high-speed applications. The two types of spherical bearings are cylindrical bore and tapered bore. The main use is in commercial ground shafting applications with relatively low axial load capacity, particularly in textile machinery drive shafts.

Spherical roller bearings

Spherical roller bearings are designed to operate under the most severe conditions. Spherical roller bearings are designed to maximise the high load capacity of spherical roller bearings, compensate for severe shaft misalignments, absorb severe shocks and withstand high temperatures. Our spherical roller bearings are manufactured in accordance with ISO standards and are widely used in textile machinery applications.
