  4. Take an oil sample to observe whether the oil color has changed, and test whether it has deteriorated. If deterioration is confirmed, stop the machine and replace with new oil.
  5. Check whether the oil level of the oil gauge is normal. If not, check that the fuel tank drain valve is closed tightly. If it is closed tightly, you should add oil. If the gasket is leaking oil, it should be shut down for treatment.

  1. fat filling
    The so-called grease filling method is to regularly fill the working surface of the stainless steel bearing with an appropriate amount of grease. It is a common method of grease lubrication.

    The oil cup method is to put a nut type oil cup or pressure oil cup on the bearing seat, turn the nut regularly or inject grease with an oil gun. This is also a common way of grease lubrication.
  3. Pressure Fat Supply Method
    The pressure grease supply method relies on the grease pump to supply grease. At this time, grease with good fluidity should be selected.
  4. concentrated fat supply
    The centralized grease supply method supplies grease to each bearing and other components at the same time through a grease pump. Similarly, grease with good fluidity, anti-oxidation and corrosion resistance should be selected at this time, which is also a pressure grease supply method.

  2. If the lubrication and installation position are proper, the temperature of the bearing will rise sharply, and abnormal high temperature will appear. At this time, the operation must be stopped and necessary precautions should be taken. Under normal circumstances, the temperature of the combined bearing rises slowly with the start of operation, and reaches a stable state after 1-2 hours.
  3. The normal temperature of the bearing varies with the heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine.
    If necessary, the thermal sensor can be used to monitor the working temperature of the bearing at any time. When the temperature exceeds the specified value, it will automatically alarm or stop to prevent the occurrence of combustion shaft accidents.
  4. When rotating the SKF bearing, it should be very smooth without abnormal noise and impurities. Combined bearings are allowed to emit slight running noise during operation. If the noise is too loud or there are abnormal sounds or impacts, it indicates that the bearing is faulty.
  5. The anti-rust treatment of the bearing adopts a slightly scented anti-rust oil, and the dosage is small. Make the whole combined bearing clean and fragrant. The bearings have thin chamfers and black edges at the junction of the transverse and vertical faces.
  6. During normal use of SKF bearings, the parts where the bearings are installed are allowed to have a certain temperature. When you touch the mechanism shell with your hands, it is normal that it does not feel hot.
  7. If the temperature of the rolling bearing is too high during use, consider factors such as whether the quality of the lubricating oil meets the requirements or deteriorates, and the viscosity of the lubricating oil is too high; or the installation mechanism is too tight, the bearing is too tight; the bearing cage or rolling elements are damaged, etc.
  8. There are many reasons why SKF bearings emit noise. One is the wear of the mating surface of the inner and outer rings of the bearing. In addition, insufficient bearing lubrication, dry friction and broken bearings can all cause abnormal noise.
  9. It is important to keep combined bearings and lubricants clean. Clean the surface of the machine before inspection, and then remove the parts around the bearings. The oil seal is a very fragile part and needs to be removed with care.

    Do not use too much force, and then carefully check the oil seal and its surrounding parts. If adverse symptoms appear, it must be replaced. Poor oil seals can lead to SKF bearing damage and severe equipment downtime.
