In order to ensure the performance of rolling bearings and maintain long-term use under good conditions, Koyo bearings must be inspected and maintained. This inspection and maintenance is very important to prevent faults in advance. It is hoped that regular inspection and maintenance can be carried out according to the operation standards suitable for the operating conditions of the machine. The regular inspection generally adopts the following methods: the inspection under the running state is judged according to the rolling sound, vibration and temperature of the bearing, the nature of the lubricant, and the supplement or replacement time of the lubricant.
Inspection and troubleshooting during operation. Koyo bearing inspection: fully observe the bearings removed due to the regular inspection and replacement of the machine, and check the condition of the raceway surface, whether there is damage and whether it can be reused. Before using Koyo bearing, first check the surface of the bearing, so as to infer whether the bearing is loaded according to our requirements and standards. The surface inspection of Koyo bearing shall be carried out under the astigmatic lamp, and the cracks and surface of the bearing shall be inspected in detail.
Even if the Koyo bearing is slightly damaged by peeling, the sound detector is used to reflect on the magnitude and sound quality of the rolling sound of the running bearing. Abnormal sounds and irregular sounds will also be announced, which can be distinguished by a sound detector.
For example, peeling, indentation, corrosion, crack and wear are reflected in bearing vibration measurement. Koyo bearing vibration is very sensitive to bearing damage. Therefore, through the use of an extraordinary bearing vibration measuring device (frequency analyzer, etc.), the size of the vibration can be measured, and the abnormal details can not be guessed through the division of frequency. The measured values are different due to the application premise of the bearing or the installation position of the sensor, so it is necessary to analyze and compare the measured values of each machine in advance and determine the judgment specification.
Generally, the temperature outside the bearing chamber can be inferred from the temperature of Koyo bearing. If the oil hole can directly measure the temperature of the bearing outer ring, it is more suitable. In the world, the temperature of the bearing rises gradually with the beginning of operation, and reaches the same shape after 1-2 hours. The normal temperature of the bearing varies due to the mechanical heat capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load. If it is smooth and the installation part is suitable, the bearing temperature will rise sharply and show abnormal high temperature.
At this time, it is necessary to stop the operation and accept the required precautions. According to many test data, table 4-1 lists the uniform value of outer ring temperature during bearing tasks in various machines for reference. Because the temperature is affected by smoothness, speed, load and conditions, the value in the table only reveals the approximate temperature limitations. The thermal sensor can be used to monitor the task temperature of the bearing at any time, and actively alarm or stop when the temperature exceeds the regular value to avoid the occurrence of combustion shaft disorder.
Without normal lubrication, lubrication has an important impact on the fatigue life, friction, wear, temperature rise and vibration of Koyo bearings. The bearing will not work. Analysis of the causes of bearing damage shows that about 40% of bearing damage is related to poor lubrication. Therefore, good bearing lubrication is an effective measure to reduce bearing friction and wear.
