(1)Check whether the cooling water pressure, water flow and pipeline system are normal. If the water pressure is low, the filter may be blocked and cannot be handled in time, it can be shut down for treatment. When it is confirmed that it can work, it can be put into use.
(2)Check the oil pressure of the governor. If the oil pressure is low, the cooling water hydraulic valve may be closed.
Linear bearing is a low-cost linear motion system, which is used for infinite stroke and cylindrical shaft. Because the bearing is in contact with the bearing point, the service load is small. The steel ball rotates with minimal friction resistance, so as to obtain high-precision and stable motion. Linear bearing is a system that works with quenched linear transmission shaft for infinite linear motion. Because of the point contact between the load ball and the quenched transmission shaft, the allowable load is small, but when moving in a straight line, the friction resistance is small, the precision is high and the movement is fast. Types: standard linear bearing, clearance adjusting linear bearing, open linear bearing, extended linear bearing and universal linear bearing.
Circular flange type, method blue type, elliptical flange type, guide circular flange type, guide method blue type, guide elliptical flange type and extended circular flange type. Multi purpose linear bearings are more and more widely used in general or special machinery industries such as electronics, food machinery, packaging machinery, medical machinery, printing machinery, textile machinery, machinery, instruments, robots, tool machinery, CNC machine tools, automobiles and so on.
Inject anti-corrosion oil into the linear bearing. If it is lubricated with grease, remove the anti-corrosion oil with kerosene or organic solvent, and add lubricating oil after air drying. (lithium soap grease with viscosity mark N0.2 is recommended) if it is lubricated with oil, it is not necessary to remove the anti-corrosion oil. According to the temperature change, the mechanical service life can be maintained for a long time.
（1）. The linear motion bearing has the advantages of good interchangeability, convenient installation and use, time saving, novel mechanical structure, small size and light weight.
（2）. Save oil supply procedures to simplify lubrication and maintenance.
（3）. The bearings with oil seals on both sides are also suitable for places with more dust or easy intrusion of guide objects.
（4）. Check whether the linear bearing has abnormal sound and whether the swing of the linear bearing is abnormal.
（5）. Take an oil sample to observe whether the oil color has changed, and test to see whether it has deteriorated. If the deterioration is confirmed, stop the machine and replace the oil.
（6）. Check whether the oil level on the oil gauge is normal. If not, check whether the oil drain valve of the oil tank is tightly closed. If it has been closed tightly, oil shall be replenished. If the sealant pad leaks oil, it shall be shut down for treatment.
