How to prolong the service life of high temperature resistant magnetic pumps

  1. Regularly check the wear of the magnetic pumps bearings: If you find that the lubricating oil is insufficient, you should add new lubricating oil in time and replace the damaged parts to maintain a good lubrication state. At the same time, it is necessary to avoid adding too much oil, which will cause heat to burn out the shaft seal ring, so as not to affect the normal operation and use effect.
  2. Clean up carbon deposits and impurities in time: When the impeller is not in use for a long time, the dust on the impeller should be cleaned to ensure good heat dissipation performance and prevent failures caused by fouling and blockage of pipes. (Be careful not to wash it directly with water), otherwise it will shorten the service life of the motor coil and reduce the output power of the motor.
  3. Do a good job of anti-rust work: In order to prevent the rotor from being corroded, the surface layer of the inner wall of the casing should be made of high-quality anti-corrosion materials to prevent leakage accidents caused by raw embroidery deterioration.
  4.
